Bootcamp 2022

On 24 Mach 2022 a new start-up promotion joined the Toesterlab  Food companies acceleration program. A bootcamp took place in Dijon.

Science 2 Food was represented by its founder, Michel Infantes, as part of the Expert  Panel.

Among topics presented, Bakery product recycling to produce cookies, spent yeast recovered from breweries to design nutritional ingredient, Agricultural traceability systems and natural fertilizer for dedicated crops.
