Participation to ToasterLab’s Bootcamp in autumn 2021 :

Last September, 4 Start-ups entered in 2021 edition of food acceleration program organized by ToasterLab. A session took place in Dijon.

Michel Infantes, Founder of Science 2 Food was there as member of expert’s panel. Many great projects were presented by overly exciting start-ups! This is an immense pleasure to provide help and support to these entrepreneurs!

Within the presented topics: glass bottle recycling, plant alternatives to meat, innovating spices. The new companies’ activities are clearly within the main food trends desired by consumers, sustainable packaging, and healthy tasty food habits.

The acceleration program for this group of start-ups started on September 23rd by this bootcamp. A community of entrepreneurs, partners, mentors, and expert joined for this first face to face session since the sanitary crisis. Immediately placed at the center, start-ups made their pitch in front of ToasterLab’s experts and met their appointed mentor who will coach them during all their acceleration journey.

This acceleration program is going on through specific workshops. Industrial and scale-up workshop was taking place at Paris, La Défense on November 4th, 2021. Science 2 Food was actively participating.
