Visit to Natexpo 2021 Food Exhibition

In October, last year, Michel Infantes, Founder of Science 2 Food, visited the Natexpo 2021 Food Exhibition at Paris Villepinte Congress center.

Since the last 30 years, Natexpo is a major event for organic food market actors. This is major Food Exhibition for companies from the organic sector. 

Many brands (food, cosmetics, food supplements) were present to show their offer and meet business partners. Near to exhibition areas, Natexpo propose diverse forums where conferences are organized. This is a good way for participant to stay informed about market trends and consumer expectations.

For Science 2 Food, this event has been a good opportunity to meet companies working in food sector in finish product or ingredients. A great moment, during Food exhibition, for networking.

During this day at Natexpo Food Exhibition, face to face meeting with partners became possible after long months working through video meetings. This has been the case for Marceau Vidrequin, boss of Infuséo company who presented a new range of products.

In 2021, a large trend has been identified for fermented products (Kefir, kombucha, fermented vegetables) and in agricultural or food production by-product valorization. Off course, the plant proteins and product trend stand clearly there. Plant beverages, meat and cheese substitutes are now part of the landscape.
