Project: Bolder Foods
Bolder Foods develops alternative products to cheese without animal raw materials. Bolder Foods’ products combine pleasure and positive impact. Bolder Foods’ mission is to push the boundaries of the dairy industry without compromising taste, fun and experience.
The first product launched on the Belgian market is “Chizou”.
This is a range of grated cheeses made from locally sourced cauliflower and chickpeas.
This product is perfect for making tasty, creamy and deliciously melting vegetable dishes. The “Chizou” range is sold at Delhaize and Colruyt throughout Belgium.
Bolder Foods develops other plant-based products that are alternative to cheese, based on fermentation. Science 2 Food had the pleasure of collaborating with Bolder Foods on a specific project.
