Naturalness training

On October 12th, Science 2 Food organized as part of Innov’Alliance a training course on the theme of Naturalness in the agri-food industry:

“Optimising formulation and processes to improve the naturalness, nutritional and aromatic value of products”

This training took place in Avignon, all day long, and was an opportunity to provide a lot of information on clean label solutions for formulating, the processes that promote the naturalness of products, as well as the benefits of valorizing the intrinsic nutrients of the natural raw materials used.
