Science 2 Food had the pleasure of collaborating with the company Nuage. The company Nuage offers sugar-free cotton candy.

Why are cloud products different?

Confectionery is often designed for industry. Nuage started again from consumer feedback:

1. Those who cannot consume sugar
2. Those who want to indulge themselves without guilt

This is how Nuage has developed a range of natural perfumes. There are fruit aromas (cherry, kiwi, apricot, yuzu, pear, blackcurrant, passion fruit, raspberry, watermelon, mango, melon, coconut) and more specific aromas (macchiato, crème brûlée, hazelnut, cinnamon, speculoos, chocolate, donut, chestnut cream, classic cotton candy).

The products use sweeteners such as soluble fiber and isomalt.

They come in bags ready to be opened and enjoyed.
