Solution for Natural ingredients and Clean Labelling
On March 24th 2022, during the Product Development Club hosted by Vitagora, Michel Infantes provided a Clean Labelling presentation to companies from “Bourgogne Franche-Comté” area (Burgundy and other east France areas). These companies requested clean label and natural solutions to replace additives and ingredients such as emulsifiers, thickeners, food aroma and flavors, proteins and specifically animal proteins. A range of solutions were listed. Solutions covered labelling, regulatory aspect and already available or Ingredient solution proposed by suppliers in their “clean labelling” range. Many Ingredients solutions and labelling ways were presented on applications such as meat products, plant-based substitutes, milk products, beverages, bakery products and specifically gluten free products.
