Scientific Expertise
Science 2 Food, through its president, Michel Infantes, intervened in June 2024 with the Human Nutrition Department of INRAE (French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment).
This action took place as part of the expertise of a file submitted to the annual call for pre-maturation projects.
This expert work was a very enriching and interesting experience with an organization that is a reference in agronomic and food sciences.
