We asked support from Science 2 Food company in 2021 in order to clarify the regulatory status of a natural molecule produced by our society. The issue was of strategic importance for us. At a matter of fact, the possible Novel Food process would have been at high risk for the project. M. Infantes made a deep bibliographic survey on European and American regulations. He finally concluded that our molecule was belonging to a group of existing additives with an E number. His work allowed us to be reinsured and to save a lot of time and money that we were able to use on technical development and business growth.
